Booking Terms and Conditions
The course fee includes relevant course material and, if applicable (for public sessions at our venues), lunch and refreshments.
Substitutions are permitted if requested in writing at least 2 working days prior to the event.
Petersen & Associates reserves the right to change the date and venue of the event with notice.
Course material will only be made available to paid participants.
Please do not make payment without an invoice. Booking confirmation and an invoice will follow upon receipt of your registration form.
Payment can be made via EFT or direct deposit. Banking details will be provided on the invoice.
A 50% refund is applicable for cancellations received in writing at least 2 weeks before the event.
No refunds will be granted for failure to attend the event.
